Standard delivery is offered FREE for orders over R900. This offer applies automatically in checkout, after any discounts or promotions, equals R900 or more.

We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days, although at busy times we may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 days of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you. 

Privacy Policy

As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us when you purchase products. Such as your name, shipping address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computers internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates, with your permission.  

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, it means you consent to us collecting and using your information for that specific reason of competing for a sales transaction only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no. 

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Our products are made in small batches, mostly by hand. A slight colour variation may be noticed. Although we make use of natural ingredients which mostly don’t cause reactions. It is your responsibility to do a skin test patch before applying any of our products to your skin and hair.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Our service provider, Payfast operates with strict security measures. You also have the option to pay via EFT through your bank. Remember to send us proof of payment if this is the option you choose. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow and implement generally accepted industry standards.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we currently offer a refund after the product has been dispatched unless the products arrived with the package broken due to being in transit.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
